Battery Swap

Swapping out batteries on bikes or scooters that are running low — the core of our daily operations.

Bonus Battery Swap

Done during a standard Battery Swap for bikes almost out of charge. Extra pay on top of the normal rate.

Rescue

Finding bikes that have gone missing or been off the system for a long time. A Quality Check is triggered automatically on recovery.

🚚Large van only

Transport

Taking broken or damaged bikes to the Voi warehouse in Brentford for repair.

Quality Check

Ride the bike and check everything on the app's list — brakes, phone holder, lights, etc. Fine stays out. Not fine goes to Transport.

Rebalance

Moving overcrowded or badly parked bikes to the right drop spots.

Deploy

Delivering repaired bikes from the Voi warehouse in Brentford to drop spots across West and North West London.

Repark

Picking up fallen bikes or moving anything blocking the pavement or road.
